Terms of sale

English translation for convenience. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.

Requests for items on order. While a product is not in our warehouse, the site only takes requests. Sending a request is not an order and creates no payment obligation for either side. When the product arrives we will write to you with the final price, shipping costs and a link to place the order; the terms below apply from that moment. Prices shown are indicative until then.

1. Prices. In euros, VAT included. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and again before payment. Shipments to the Canary Islands: without VAT; IGIC and customs are paid by the recipient on delivery.
2. Purchase. The contract is concluded when you press «Order with obligation to pay». You will receive confirmation by email on a durable medium.
3. Delivery and shipping. Pieces in stock ship after payment. Made-to-order pieces: usually 8–12 weeks from your request. The last leg is shipping from our warehouse in Spain: Spanish mainland 2–4 working days; Balearic Islands and Portugal 3–5; rest of the EU 4–8; Canary Islands 5–10 plus customs. See Shipping.
4. Withdrawal. 14 calendar days from receiving the instrument, also if you have tried it: we clean and disinfect it when it comes back. See Withdrawal.
5. Guarantee. 3-year legal guarantee of conformity (art. 120 TRLGDCU). On handmade pieces, forging marks are not defects.
6. Customers. We only sell to private individuals: no wholesale and no sales to schools or other educational centres.
7. Complaints. hola@arpadeboca.es. Complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to consumers.
8. Applicable law. Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of the consumer's country of residence.
